Sometimes, we don’t know what exactly needs to be done, but it doesn’t always have to be a drastic change to feel better. 1. Never shop for groceries while hungry. You will end up picking all the unhealthy options you don’t want to fill your fridge with. You owe yourself healthy and clean eating with a few cheat meals in between, not the opposite.
