CAIRO – 5 July 2017: The Hiking Club is planning an unusual retreat at two of the most spectacular places in Egypt, Castle Zaman and Basata Eco Lodge at Sinai’s Red Sea coast.

The three day retreat is planned to give participants a relaxing and out-of-this-world experience. Under the guidance of qualified Hatha and Kundalini Yoga trainer Dalia Adel, relax, meditate, swim, eat and have fun at this unique desert location.

Located in the east of the Sinai with a view of the Gulf of Aqaba, Castle Zaman is known for its marvelous coastal location, slow cooked meals based on ancient Egyptian recipes and fantastic swimming pool.

Nearby Basata is the first eco-lodge built in Egypt in 1986 and boasts one of the best five beaches worldwide.

The event is organized by the Hiking Club, from July 20 at 10 a.m. to July 23 at 11 p.m.
Accommodation for 2 nights is available in Basata Eco-Lodge in either huts at LE 1,950 ($109) or a camping option at 1,850 LE. The trip destinations will be Nuweiba, Castle Zaman and Basata.
Cost includes:
- Transportation to and from Cairo in air-conditioned private bus.
- Yoga and meditation classes with a qualified yoga instructor .
- Meals and snacks.
- Your chosen meal in Castle Zaman (slow cooked meat or fish).
- Guidance and registration fees.
- Overnight stay by the beach (choose between camping and hut areas).
