Italian website ALMA TV TRAVEL recommends visiting ten unique places in Egypt

CAIRO – 22 May 2022: Under the title "Magic Egypt: 10 Places You Shouldn't Miss", the Italian website ALMA TV TRAVEL published a video report in which it described Egypt as the most wonderful country in the world, reviewing its unique and diverse archaeological sites dating back to different historical eras, from ancient Egyptian eras to the Greek, Roman, Coptic, Islamic, modern and contemporary eras.

The report also highlighted Egypt’s spectacular landscapes, deserts, wonderful natural oases, sunny beaches, clear warm waters and rich coral reefs, recommending ten spots tourists should visit during their trip to Egypt.

The report further pointed out that one of the most important places that tourists must visit in Egypt is the Pyramids Antiquities Area in Giza, where the three great pyramids and the Sphinx are located, in addition to visiting Cairo, which is characterized by its historical buildings. In Cairo, tourists can visit the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir, the Citadel of Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi and the Khan al-Khalili area, where the city's vibrant old market is located.

Additionally, the report referred to the city of Luxor that houses the Luxor and Karnak Temples with their beautiful columns, high ornate edifices and huge statues; and the Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent royal tombs are fully decorated with hieroglyphic symbols, including the tombs of King Seti I and Tutankhamun.

Moreover, the report referred to the city of Aswan, where tourists can enjoy the picturesque landscapes and the Nile islands, including Elephantine Island. The report indicated that among the places that must be visited in Egypt are the two temples of Abu Simbel. One of these temples is dedicated to King Ramses II, and the other is dedicated to the goddess Hathor and Nefertari, the wife of King Ramses II.

Furthermore, the report highlighted the wonderous resorts overlooking the Red Sea in Sharm El-Sheikh, Marsa Alam, Hurghada or Dahab, where one can enjoy their most beautiful beaches, or take diving lessons and enjoy the colorful coral reefs.

The report did not miss the Sinai Peninsula, where tourists can enjoy visiting Mount Sinai and the Bedouin villages, taking safari trips and riding camels.

Additionally, the report pointed out that one of the places that must be visited in Egypt is the city of Alexandria, where the Qaitbay Citadel and the Library of Alexandria are located. There are also many Egyptian, Greek and Roman artifacts submerged under the waters of the Mediterranean Sea at the eastern port in Alexandria.

Finally, the report recommended visiting the Siwa Oasis in the spring or autumn, as well as visiting the White Desert and the Black Desert, where tourists can enjoy the most unique desert landscapes in the world.
