Housing minister in talks over new bill regulating real estate activities

CAIRO - 25 February 2019: Housing Minister Essam el Gazar said on Monday the State seeks to introduce legislation regulating the relation among the three partners involved in real estate activities.

The law aims at serving the interests of all sides in a better way, said the minister during a meeting meant to discuss the bill.

Leading officials of the Housing Ministry, head of the Housing Committee at the parliament Alaa Walli, some of the committee members and real estate developers attended the meeting.

The minister discussed the articles of the bill and proposed ideas to draft a law that serves all sides.
