CAIRO – 24 June 2020: Visitors of tourist villages will be allowed to use the beaches of these villages, due to their small numbers compared to public beaches that can not be allowed to return at the moment, Cabinet's Spokesman Nader Saad said on Wednesday.

"The decision to return sporting activities and competitions, including the soccer league, is a state decision, and it entails the return of the activity immediately," according to the spokesperson.
He also clarified that there is no specific rate for entering sports clubs, but the declared 25 percent is the permitted percentage for establishments within clubs, whether restaurants, game halls, or others.
The spokesman further said the government will be monitoring adherence and commitment by cafes and restaurants to the Prime Minister’s decision and safety precautions.
As for beaches and parks, he said will be difficult to open at the moment, given the difficulty in controlling citizens’ behavior and their commitment to social distance.
He pointed out that private beaches of hotels and tourist villages are not closed, but they only allow a specific number of visitors according to the number of residents at the hotel or tourist village, stressing the need to take into account precautionary measures.
Egypt will reopen restaurants, sporting clubs and places of worship starting Saturday, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly said on Tuesday.
