Egyptian medical supplies delivered to Gaza after Covid-19 detected

CAIRO - 27 March 2020: The Egyptian Red Crescent delivered medical supplies and humanitarian aid to Oakes rosins in Gaza Strip Thursday.

On Wednesday, the Palestinian Health Ministry announced that nine Gazans have tested positive for the coronavirus.

Only two Palestinians had tested positive previously and were quarantined. The other seven, discovered Wednesday, are security men who interacted with the two patients while guarding the quarantine, according to the Health Ministry in Gaza.

The ministry emphasized that all the nine patients did not leave the quarantine and did not interact with any other people outside, and that no other cases in Gaza have been detected.
