CAIRO, March 21 (MENA) - Security bodies arrested Saturday an owner of an unlicensed food warehouse in Giza for stockpiling over 26 tons of foodstuffs and withholding them from the market.
The move comes in light of the state's efforts to
combat monopoly practices aimed at capitalizing on the circumstances the country is going through by making profits from price increase.
The seized commodities included quantities of pasta, rice and flour unfit for human consumption.
