Kuwaiti cultural office: No cases of COVID-19 among Kuwaiti students in Egypt

KUWAIT CITY, March 8 (MENA) - Head of the Kuwaiti Cultural Office in Egypt Ahmed el Matiri asserted that there are no cases of infection with the novel coronavirus among Kuwaiti students in Egypt.

In statements carried by the Kuwaiti "Al Gareeda" newspaper out on Sunday, Matiri said the Kuwaiti cultural office is closely following up the situation among Kuwaitis studying in Egypt.

He added that contacts will continue with Higher Education Minister Khaled Abdel Ghafar and deans of the Egyptian faculties to get updated on the latest developments in the Egyptian universities.
