CAIRO -22 Aug 2018: The death toll among Egyptian pilgrims in Saudi Arabia jumped to 33 after three pilgrims died, spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Meghaed said on Wednesday.

In statements, the spokesman said the dead include two men, aged between 54 and 66 years, and a 70-year-old woman.

Low blood circulation was behind the three deaths, he said.
