CAIRO – 17 November 2024: The Egyptian Armed Forces released Sunday a statement highlighting the smuggling attempts thwarted by Border Guards on all strategic fronts.
The types of drugs confiscated included cannabis, hydro, opium, cocaine, strox, and different kinds of tablets. As for arms, the forces seized shotguns and bullets.
The Border Guards also foiled attempts of illegal gold mining, and illegal migration arresting individuals from different nationalities.
