The Egyptian nationals returning from Lebanon expressed their deep appreciation to the President of the Republic, and the state's interest in ensuring their safe return to their homeland by operating exceptional flights at the state's expense.

For his part, the Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed that the Ministry spares no effort, in coordination with all state agencies, to provide all possible means of support to Egyptian citizens in Lebanon, whether by including them on return flights to Egypt or providing various consular services that the Egyptian Embassy in Beirut is keen to continue providing despite the difficult security situation in Beirut.
