CAIRO- 27 June 2023: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday exchanged greetings with the Arab and Islamic states' kings, presidents and emirs on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.
In his cables, Sisi wished the Arab and Islamic leaders to enjoy peace, progress and prosperity, calling for enhancing the brotherly ties and cooperation among the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations.
He also sent cables of greetings to Egyptian communities abroad via the Egyptian embassies and consulates.
Sisi also received cables of greetings from senior state officials who wished him the best and voiced hope that Egypt could enjoy more development, progress and prosperity.
President Sisi phoned his Iraqi counterpart Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid to greet him on the occasion Eid Al-Adha
Sisi also made a phone call with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani to greet him on the same occasion.
During the two phone conversations, President Sisi wished Iraq and its people further progress and prosperity.
For their part, Iraq's president and prime minister expressed gratitude for this fraternal gesture, wishing Egypt and its people further stability and progress.
President Sisi also phoned his Algerian counterpart Abdelmadjid Tebboune to greet him on the occasion of Eid.
During the phone conversation, President Sisi wished Algeria and its people further stability and prosperity.
On his part, the Algerian leader expressed his gratitude for this fraternal gesture, wishing Egypt and its people further progress and prosperity.
Sisi greeted Syrian President Bashar al Assad in a phone call. He wished the Syrian people and all Muslims around the world security, prosperity and stability.
The Syrian leader thanked Sisi for the nice gesture, wishing Egypt and its people eternal security, stability, progress and prosperity.
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi greeted UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Tunisian President Kais Saied.
In a phone call he initiated, Sisi wished the UAE progress and stability.
The UAE leader thanked President Sisi for the nice gesture, wishing Egypt and its people permanent security and prosperity.
Sisi also received a phone call from Jordanian King Abdullah II, during which the Jordanian monarch greeted the Egyptian leader on Eid al Adha, which starts on Wednesday.
During the phone call, King Abdullah II wished the Egyptian people progress and prosperity.
