28 persons nabbed, 22 vehicles seized along western borders

CAIRO - 17 July 2017: Border guards of the western area seized 22 four-wheel drives and arrested 28 Egyptians while attempting to smuggle goods without paying customs duties.

In a statement, the military spokesman said the move comes within the framework of Armed Forces' ongoing efforts to fight criminal elements.

Legal measures will be taken against the criminals via bodies concerned.
