RAMALLAH - 19 January 2023: Member of the Palestine Liberation Front (PLF) Wasel Abu Yousef said on Thursday that the tripartite summit that took place on Tuesday in Egypt in the presence of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Jordanian King Abdullah II and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas asserted the centrality of the Palestinian cause and the necessity to find a political solution.
In a special interview with MENA, Abu Yousef said that the summit asserted Egypt's political importance regionally and internationally.
Egypt saved no effort to support the Palestinian cause, he said.
Cairo summit clearly sent a message to the Israeli side that Egypt and Jordan support the Palestinian rights, he said.
