Egypt has submitted a request to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to start negotiations about a new program that seeks to support Egyptian state’s plans of national comprehensive economic reform, the Egyptian Cabinet said.
Egypt will start vaccinating high school (secondary school) students against coronavirus within a month, Minister of Health Hala Zayed said in remarks to media on Sunday.
Nader Saad, the Egyptian Cabinet spokesman, said that coronavirus vaccination will be mandatory for everyone involved in the educational process in Egypt.
Egypt's cabinet headed by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli announced on Sunday legalizing the status of 76 churches and service buildings, bringing the total number of churches and affiliated buildings that have so far been licensed by the committee to 1,958.
Egypt aims at vaccinating 40 percent of the Egyptian citizens by the end of 2021, Ambassador Nader Saad, Cabinet spokesman said Sunday.
Saad said the prime minister is set to meet with CEOs of big international companies interested in investing in Egypt soon. He cited Apple, Volvo and Bata.
