Law on people with disabilities amended to allow spouses, 2nd degree relatives to drive handicap cars

Spouses and second-degree relatives can now drive handicap cars per an amendment to the law on people with disabilities, where only first-degree relatives and personal drivers had been allowed to drive such vehicles.
