CAIRO – 24 June 2017: Liverpool vice captain James Milner, also a player for England’s national team, spoke to Liverpool’s official website about Mohamed Salah’s transfer to Liverpool.

Milner talked about Salah’s spirit and how he will contribute to the team.

“That’s what you need in our team. The way we play, you can’t have any passengers,” he said to the club’s official website.

“Everyone mucks in and we’ve got great team spirit. Everyone gets on the front foot and gets the press; it only takes one person not to do it for it to break down,” he said, according to LiverpoolFC.com.

Milner continued giving his opinion on Salah by saying, “He’ll fit into that really well, with and without the ball. He’s very dangerous with it and causes a lot of problems. And without it, that’s so important the way we play.”

“Looking at his stats and things like that, he has had a good season. He is a dangerous player and someone who is going to do really well for us, I’m sure,” Milner concluded to Liverpool’s official website

As referenced from whoscored.com, Salah has played 43 matches with Roma this season, managing to score 19 goals and make 12 assists.
