CAIRO –20 June 2017: Zamalek’s club team gathered on Sunday morning at 7 a.m. at Cairo International Airport to travel to Algeria for their match against USM Alger on Wednesday, June 21 at 11 p.m. at Omar Hammady stadium.

Zamalek’s Portuguese coach, Augusto Inacio, was the first to arrive to the airport as a model of discipline. The team flew to Algeria in preparation for USM Alger on Wednesday in the fourth round of the group competition in the CAF African Champions League.

Zamalek is in the first place of group B with five points after winning a game over the Zimbabwean Caps United FC and tying in two games against Al-Ahli SC (Al-Ahli Tripoli) and USM Alger in the first leg matches.

USM is second with four points, Al-Ahli Tripoli with four points also but in third place because of the goal difference, and Caps United comes last with only three points.
