Sanchez Close To Signing For City

CAIRO – 11 June 2017: Chilean International attacking winger Alexis Sanchez, is close to signing a contract with Manchester City, as reported by the Sun and the Mirror.

It looks like the Chilean International attacking winger will reunite with his former coach Pep Guardiola, currently Manchester City’s manager. Sanchez and Guardiola previously teamed up at FC Barcelona.

The famous Chilean journalist Fernando Solabarrieta also reported that Sanchez is very close to signing with Manchester City.

Sanchez was linked with several transfers, including both the Premier league and the Bundesliga title winners Chelsea and Bayern Munich.

Sanchez also has a contract with Arsenal that will end by next summer, and therefore Arsenal the Gunners must sell him before the end of his contract this summer. This will allow Arsenal to benefit monetarily from transfer fees.

Sanchez is now with the Chile National team, in order to prepare for the upcoming Confederations Cup in Russia from the June 17 to the July 2.
