CAIRO – 25 July 2017: After the news that came out linking Arsenal’s midfielder with a move to Galatasaray Sk or Leicester City, Egypt Today decided to look at Mohamed Elneny’s three choices.

Elneny has three choices: either stay at Arsenal for the next season, move to Leicester City or Galatasaray SK.

If Elneny decides to stay at Arsenal, then he will have to accept the fact that receiving regular play time isn’t guaranteed due to the tough competition he will face. Even though the 25-year-old is happy with living in London, staying with Arsenal won’t allow him to showcase all his abilities.

Coach Arsene Wenger will have to pick two players from the following list to be the mainstays of playing midfield: Francis Coquelin, Granit Xhaka, Aaron Ramsey, Jack Wilshere, Santi Cazorla,Mohamed Elneny and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Moving on to his next option, moving to Leicester City, Elneny would beregularly featured as the team currently does have many highly experienced players in his position Going to Leicester City also provides Elney the great opportunity of forming a great partnership with Spaniard Vicente Iborra or Danny Drinkwater.

A move to this team could also be a strategic move in showing other European clubs what he is capable of while playing in a tough league like the English Premier League. The last option is playing in a not-so-strong-league, but a strong club, Galatasaray SK, which guarantees European football every season.

Elneny would face competition just like Arsenal, but the difference here is that he wouldbe capable of proving himself as he wouldn’t be compared to the many other world class midfielders on a team, like that of Arsenal Galatasaray’s move will be similar to Elneny’s time at Basel, but with Galatasaray being an advanced stage.

The Egyptian international midfielder helped Egypt reach the final of the 2017 African Cup of Nations, before losing in the final match against Cameroon with a 2-1 score.
