CAIRO –25 July 2017: Marwan Tarek and Rawan El Araby, Egyptian national squash team players, won the U-19 Squash World Cup held in New Zealand.

Marwan Tarek managed to beat Victor Kruin with a 3-2 score, while Egyptian national team player Youssef Ibrahim came in third place.

Rawan El Araby, on the other hand, defeated Hania El Hamamy with a 3-0 score in the final for the women’s championship. Egypt was able to conquer the first three places in the Women’s U-19 World Cup with Rawan El Araby coming in first place and Hania El Hamamy in second place, followed by Amina Yasser in third place.

It is good to mention that Egypt won the U-19 Squash Championships for the fifth consecutive time, which is something that stands out in the history of the sport.
