CAIRO – 17 July 2017: Aly Ghazal, Egyptian international player, agreed to terminate his contract with Guizhou Zhicheng on July 17.

According to Kingfut, Aly Ghazal decided to leave the Chinese club Guizhou Zhicheng after receiving minimal play time during his five months with the club.

Kingfut added that after Ghazal arrived at Guizhou, there was a new rule passed. The new rule allowed only three foreign players to play during each match. Also, Ghazal had the misfortunate of arriving at Guizhou after the departure of the club’s manager, Gregorio Manzano.

According to Whoscored, Ghazal did not play in any league game with Guizhou, but appeared in Guizhou’s cup defeat.

Aly Ghazal started his career with Wadi Degla’s youth team, and then joined the Portuguese club CD Nacional. Ghazal then joined Guizhou Zhicheng after the Chinese team was promoted to the Chinese Super League.

Ghazal played for the Egyptian national team when Shawky Gharieb was appointed as the coach in 2013.
