Maadi City Centre and Alexandria City Centre took part as Silver Sponsors at the 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital Marathon last month. The annual event, organized to increase cancer awareness and support the hospital, took place at Smart Village. In addition to donating a total of LE 50,000 to support the cause, 30 staff members from both malls joined the race, choosing between a 4km run or a 6km cycle. During the marathon, both malls organized many fun and entertaining activities which included a magic show as well as face painting stations to cheer the kids up. Moreover, Maadi City Centre and Alexandria City Centre also provided a photo booth at the marathon to allow all participants and attendees to take photos, print them, and keep them as a souvenir for participating in supporting such a crucial cause.
