Mountain View introduces ALIVA, its latest and most expansive venture yet, sprawling over 638 feddans, in the heart of Mostakbal City, New Cairo. This exciting development features the Egyptian King, Mohamed Salah, in its new promotional campaign, bearing the catchy slogan "Stop Watching, Start Living." ALIVA occupies a paramount position within Mostakbal City, occupying the largest developer land area and enjoying a strategic location that is directly accessible from Eastern Ring Road, 10 mins from Suez Road, 19 mins from Mountain View 1, 17 mins from MV Hyde Park, and around 20 mins from the AUC.

Inspired by the word Alive, ALIVA embodies a city that thrives on the essence of living in the moment. It boasts five engaging and immersive experiences across nine innovative designed parks, all operated by the Lighthouse, an experiential happiness destination and community development hub designed to activate the parks’ experiences and to let them come alive. This will happen through providing Aliva's community with an unparalleled opportunity to engage with their surroundings of numerous facilities and activities that their parks offer, ensuring a pervasive sense of vibrancy and community warmth throughout the entire city.

With an investment of approximately EGP 140 billion and around 12,000 units, the innovative project offers a plethora of meaningful experiences that foster a deep connection between Mountain View families and their natural and social surroundings across various parks.

The company is committed to continually crafting innovative and unique projects that enhance the lives of Mountain View families. While developing ALIVA, the company’s focus was on seamlessly integrating a multitude of experiences in one location, exemplifying Mountain View's dedication to reshaping the real estate sector.

Through its supreme project, Mountain View has unveiled the first two unique park experiences within ALIVA: Fields Park and River Park. Fields Park offers a one-of-a-kind ranch-living experience that invites Mountain View residents to immerse themselves in authentic gardening and agricultural practices, right in the heart of ALIVA, which is promoting the sense of belonging and ownership, alongside maintaining continuous development of family members and creating solid bond between the city families. Meanwhile, River Park, drawing inspiration from Amsterdam by bringing the watery canal experience to the heart of the city, offering a vibrant array of themed activities that go along with the parks’ environment and surrounding, including kayaking, cycling, yoga classes on the wooden deck, and portrait drawing on its iconic bridges, enhancing the community's overall experience.

What's more interesting is that this isn't the first time Mountain View has collaborated with Mohamed Salah! The Egyptian king also appeared in the 'Bubble-free' campaign, which aimed to get people out of their bubbles and become more involved in meaningful social activities in order to help them live happier lives. And now, in light of Aliva's launch, Mountain View has unleashed yet another successful promotional campaign, this one with a distinguishing underlying storyline that aims to inspire viewers to stop watching life from the sidelines and start living it through the meaningful experiences that are incorporated within their one-of-a-kind project.

Through this remarkable campaign, the company raises the bar for residential communities, emphasizing the importance of creating a community where residents can experience a full range of activities that contribute to their personal growth and happiness rather than simply owning a nice house with just a nice view.

With a rich history of delivering on its promises and guided by a steadfast vision of "Bringing Life to Land and Spreading Happiness Around Us," Mountain View boasts one of the largest land portfolios in the Egyptian real estate market. It encompasses 18 projects nationwide, serving more than 25,000 families.
