CAIRO – 17 July 2017: As an adult you have to take responsibility, and that makes you a better human being. You have to stay put and face the music. But, when the beat stops, you are allowed to be free. Take a week off, pack your bags and announce that, Elvis has left the building. Go to a place you have never been, and see people you have never seen.

For a couple of days you are allowed to be free. So make the most of it; why stay in a hotel when you can go camping? Why eat at a food chain restaurant when you can try local cuisine? Why spend the night watching a movie in your room when you can dance your anxiety off?

There are plenty of reasons to explore your surrounding and escape. Whatever your reasons are, travelling will free you and reset your system.
