There’s a lot more into summer drinks than ice teas, lemonades, and sodas. You need something refreshing and bursting with flavors to match the beach and pool vibes. So, if you want something delicious and festive to give your taste buds a treat, try one of these refreshing summer mocktails that will not disappoint you.
 
Mojito

For 4 glasses you’ll need:
¾ cups fresh lime juice
½ cup fresh mint leaves
Lime slices
4 cup ice cubes
 
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together in a pitcher and stir with a wooden spoon. Pour into 4 glasses, add ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices.
 
Raspberry Lemonade

For 3 – 4 glasses you’ll need:
2 cups fresh berries
1 cup lemon juice
½ sugar
4 cups of water
 
Directions:
Mix the berries, lemon juice, and sugar in a processor and blend well for 45 seconds. Pour the mixture through a mesh into a pitcher, then add water and stir well. For garnish, top the mocktail with raspberry and lemon slices.
 
Tropical Punch

For 1 – 2 glasses you’ll need:
½ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup pineapple juice
1 lemon juiced
3 teaspoons grenadine
Ice
Pineapple wedge and cherry
 
Directions
In a shaker half filled with ice, mix the ingredients together and shake well. Pour into a glass with more ice and garnish with cherry and pineapple.
 
Pina Colada

For 4 glasses you’ll need:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk
¼ sugar
¼ coconut cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 cups of ice
 
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a processor and blend well until smooth. Use coconut flakes and pineapple wedges for garnishing.
 
Blueberry & Mint Spritzers

For 8 glasses you’ll need:
3 cups blueberries
1 cup simple syrup (thickened sugar and water)
½ cup lime juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 cup fresh mint leaves
4 cups club soda
 
Directions:
For the blueberry base, mix the berries, simple syrup, lime juice, and lemon zest in a saucepan and boil. Later, remove away from the heat, add the mint leaves and stir with a wooden spoon. Leave it to chill completely then strain to extract as much juice as possible. Take the juice and mix it with ice in a shaker then pour into glasses with club soda. Use fresh blueberries and mint leaves for garnish.
