CAIRO – 21 September 2020: The Cairo Opera Troupe, under the supervision of its artistic director Iman Mostafa, will begin its new artistic season with two concerts directed by Hisham el-Tali on Sept. 23 – 24 at 8 p.m.

 

The concerts will present a selection of the most famous musicals and international works in four languages: French, Italian, German and English.

 

Also, the concerts will be held with the participation of the Cairo Opera Orchestra and the Cairo Opera Choir, led by Maestro Hisham Gabr, accompanied by art shows performed by members of the Cairo Opera Ballet.

 

Both concerts will be held on Cairo Opera’s Grand Theater.

 

It is noteworthy that the Cairo Opera Troupe was officially formed in 1964 and presented many of the most famous international operas.  Its repertoire features more than 32 popular operatic novels.

 

Its members also participated in huge shows on the world's largest theaters and succeeded in forming a fan base of operatic singing enthusiasts.
