2 shows for the Egyptian National Circus on Eid Al-Adha

CAIRO – 26 July 2020: The Artistic House for Folk and Performing Arts, affiliated to the Cultural Production Affairs Sector headed by director Khaled Galal, presents two shows at the National Circus during Eid Al-Adha and a concert at the Mohamed Abdel Wahab Theater in Alexandria.

This is in addition to performances of the Artistic House for Folk and Performing Arts.

Director Adel Abdo, head of the Artistic House of Folk and Performing Arts, said that the National Circus, headed by artist Walid Taha, will present at its headquarters in El-Agouza a show at 5.30 p.m. and another at 8 p.m., besides a concert at 9 p.m. at the Mohamed Abdel Wahab Theater in Alexandria.

Mostafa Mohsen, director of Abdel Wahab Theater in Alexandria, explained that the theater will stage shows of the National Folklore Band on the second day of Eid Al-Adha and the Reda band on the third day of Eid Al-Adha. The play "Alice in Wonderland" will be staged from the fourth day of Eid Al-Adha and until August 17.

Moreover, the National Circus programs include more than 13 diverse shows of the most dangerous and wonderful circus arts under the supervision of Mohamed el-Noby and Ashraf Shaaban.

All the precautionary measures necessary to combat the COVID-19 epidemic will be strictly applied in all the aforementioned shows. Only 25% of the venues' total capacity will be allowed to attend.
