'Mash-hor Mesh Mash-hor' play to be broadcast on June 25

CAIRO – 24 June 2020: The promo of the play “Mash-hor Mesh Mash-hor”, uploaded on the Culture Palaces' official social media pages, has reached over 100,000 views. The play is set to be broadcast on June 25.

The play comes within the e-initiative “Laugh-Think-Know” launched by the Ministry of Culture, under the supervision of artist Ehab Fahmy, director of the National Theater Company, and artist Sameh Bassiouni, director of Al-Mowagaha troupe.

Directed by Mazen el-Gharabawy, the play tells the story of Kalkhas. It is written by Russian writer Antoine Chikov, and stars Sami Maghawry, Mohamed Tolba, Nadine Khaled, and Mostafa el-Tohamy. “Mash-hor Mesh Mash-hor” is directed by Islam Ali.

"'Laugh-Think-Know' initiative achieved successfully delivered the theater to every Egyptian home via the Internet, to open a new door for promoting the content of the Ministry of Culture, which achieved high viewership since the beginning of its broadcasting,” said Gharabawy.
