CAIRO - 26 May 2017: The Cairo Opera House, headed by Dr. Enas Abdalayem, has finalized the preparations for its Ramadan events, which include a range of various concerts and parties.

The concerts will take place in all Opera theatres in Cairo, Alexandria and Damanhur.

Ramadan program includes 44 concerts, all of which start at 9:30 pm. Bands from Tunisia, Palestine, Sudan, and Indonesia will perform on the small hall during Ramadan. These bands will present their heritage music that reflects the customs and traditions of their countries.

Cairo Opera theatres will witness numerous music concerts the main theme of which is spiritual. Performers include Sufi Hadra band, singer Dina Al Wadidhi, Abu Shaar Brothers band, Emdan El Nour band, religious chanter Mahmoud El Tohami, Ayamna El Helwa band, harp player Manal Mohi El Din and rhythmic artist Said Al-Artist. The Opera will host concerts for Cairo Symphony Orchestra, Abdel Halim Noireh for music and Omar Khairat. Cairo Opera Group, Wahabeyat, Kolthomiat, Talent Development Center and the Egyptian Romanian Center will perform in Ramadan as well.

The events will continue after the end of Ramadan, where the summer Opera festivals in Cairo, Alexandria and Damanhour will take place and will have many surprises this year, including organizing many activities in some places and public parks for free with the participation of a group music stars in Egypt.
