CAIRO – 10 December 2017: The Egyptian movie "Tale' Senay" (Artificial Labor) will screen on December 11 as part of Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF).

Released in 2017, the film revolves around an Egyptian couple who seizes the American Embassy in Egypt after being denied visas to enter the United States.

The feature film stars a group of talented Egyptian actors and actresses, including Rasha Gawdat, Maged el-Kedwany, Mai Kassab, Abdel Rahman Abou Zahra, Bayoumi Fouad, Horeya Farghali, and Sayed Ragab. "Tale' Senay" is directed by Khaled Diab.

Featuring regional and international filmmakers who shed light on Arab culture, the festival’s “Arabian Nights” chose to screen "Talea Senay."

“Arabian Nights” is one of the most highly anticipated categories each December, as it celebrates the cultural diversity within the Arab world through the exceptional medium of film. This year’s lineup tackles pressing issues facing the world today and aims to overcome these boundaries, bringing communities together through compelling storytelling,” said Delphine Garde-Mroueh, Arabian Nights programmer in a press statement by DIFF.
