Photophobia hosts "Dramatic portraiture" workshop by Osama Qandil

CAIRO – 5 August 2017: Photophobia hosts on Monday a 24-year-old aspiring photographer named Osama Qandil, who is set to hold a workshop on photography on Monday at photography hub Photopia located in Helioplis.

Qandil has revolutionized a dramatic tone of photography by making the best use of the visuals. He used to photograph concerts, especially those of the underground artists.

He will be discussing with participants several milestones in his life including his early photo shoots, working with Canadian company ‘Arcticdive’, music photography, accessing a studio, self-portraits, learning from first trails, one light technique, and building a professional photography portfolio.

The aspiring photographer will tackle how he get started in the first place and will feature a display of his portraits.

Located in Heliopolis, Photopia is a photographer’s venue where many photography-related discussions and workshops are regularly held.
Workshop starts at 7 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m.
