Egyptian star Mohamed Ramadan has announced his return for the Ramadan 2025 season with a new TV show, Madfa’ Ramadan (Ramadan Cannon). For the first time, Ramadan will host a TV program.
The show will air on the DMC channel right after the Maghrib call to prayer.
The TV program falls under the category of game shows and will feature prizes for the audience.
Ramadan promoted the show on Instagram with an exciting video inspired by his Gaafar El Omda character, saying: “The audience wants something new.” Ramadan’s TV show is produced by United Media Services.
It is worth mentioning that Egyptian star Bushra has unveiled a pioneering collaboration with Marvel to produce films infused with a Middle Eastern perspective, marking a historic milestone in the Arab world.
This partnership seeks to establish an Arab superhero universe, with Mohamed Ramadan being the frontrunner for the lead role.
The films will be produced under the banner of Bushra’s production company, in collaboration with musician Islam Sabry, who has a notable Hollywood background, having contributed to major films like The Bourne Ultimatum, Joker, and The Mummy.
What sets this collaboration apart is its exclusivity as a direct partnership with Marvel, free from involvement by other Arab production companies.
Although the storyline details remain under wraps, the initiative promises to introduce Arab heroes into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, representing a major step towards greater diversity in global cinema.
