Trends Center for Research & Consultation, Al-Ahram Center for Political & Strategic Studies sign memorandum of cooperation

CAIRO  - 6 February 2022: The Trends Center for Research and Consultation recently signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Al-Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies at the latter's headquarters in Cairo.

The memorandum of cooperation aims at organizing joint international conferences and symposia, exchanging experiences in the field of training and development, and conducting joint research and scientific cooperation.

The memorandum seeks to activate coordination between the two sides in areas of common interest, especially in the field of security and economic studies as well as in strategic research that depends on independent, objective and careful analysis.

It also works to enhance joint cooperation in the fields of scientific and academic research, conduct joint research and studies, and exchange experts and researchers.

CEO of the Trends Center for Research & Consultation Mohamed Abdullah Al-Ali stated that the signing of the memorandum of cooperation and understanding with the Al-Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies in Egypt comes from Trends’ keenness to strengthen research and scientific partnerships with major institutions, and research and intellectual centers, in order to enhance the role of Trends, which aims to contribute to the advancement of the modern global roles of research centers that contribute to creating the future.

In turn, Mohamed Fayez Farhat, director of Al-Ahram Center, stated that the cooperation between Al-Ahram center and Trends in the field of scientific research has been ongoing for a while. He explained that the memorandum came to broaden the horizon of the two sides' cooperation to include the organization of conferences and seminars and achieve effective scientific publishing.
