Activities of 7th Sheikh Zayed Book Fair concludes on April 12

CAIRO – 12 April 2021: The activities of the Seventh Zayed Book Fair conclude on April 12. The book fair is organized by the Zayed Foundation for Creativity and Development in cooperation with the Academy of Arts.

The closing performance of the Seventh Sheikh Zayed Book Fair will be performed by the Syrian Troupe “Tawashih”, who will present a religious chanting performance in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan.

“Tawashih” members came to Egypt in 2013. The troupe participated in several international festivals, and organized many public concerts at the Egyptian Opera House and El-Sawy Culture Wheel.

The Seventh Sheikh Zayed Book Fair witnessed many artistic and cultural events, signing ceremonies, and  many activities for children, including drawing and coloring workshops.
