CAIRO – 27 February 2021:  The government announced the completion of the concrete of 15 towers, with heights reaching 42 floors, in the beach area of the New Alamein City.

 

Works at the beach area have been finalized, which is part of the 7 km-long tourist walkway project, with its 750- meters first phase.

 

The government further said that the recreational area, which is in the middle of the beach towers area overlooking the sea directly, includes a garage that accommodate for 3,000 cars, and a number of shops.

 

The Heritage City is also being built on an area of 260 acres, and the overall completion rate is 65 percent, while the total number of establishments in the city is about 70 facilities.

 

In the Down Town area, the completion rate exceeded 70 percent, including 40 buildings with 1,320 unites, while the Latin neighborhood, which is built on an area of 404 acres, includes 6 areas with 249 residential buildings with a completion rate of 75 percent.
