CAIRO - 3 September 2020: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued on Thursday a decree approving a letter of an agreement between Egypt and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development ( IBRD ) concerning a 159,420 dollar-grant to be offered by the Trust Fund for Statistical Capacity Building (TFSCB).
