Businesses in Egypt voted HSBC as the 1st Market Leader in Trade Finance Services according to Euromoney’s 2019 Trade Finance Survey results.

The market leader in Trade Finance is regarded as an industry benchmark awards for financial services globally. Over the last several years, HSBC in Egypt has focused on supporting its clients in navigating fast changing local market fluctuations in Egypt. While the Egyptian economy is now stabilizing and positioning itself back to growth, Egyptian entrepreneurs are keen to tap into new market opportunities.

The Bank has also been voted the #1 Market Leader by businesses globally for the second consecutive year.

The Euromoney Trade Finance Survey based its findings on a poll of more than 7,000 businesses engaged in international trade, asking them to rank the top providers of trade finance services.
