Public business sector min. reshuffles MIHC board of directors

CAIRO - 27 May 2018: Minister of Public Business Sector Khaled Badawy issued decision No. 45/2018 to reshuffle the board of directors of Misr Insurance Holding Company (MIHC) after the tenure of the current board of directors has ended.

Under the shake-up decision a new board has been appointed for a one-year term in office.

In a statement on Sunday, the Public Business Sector Ministry said that the decision stipulates decreasing the members of board of directors from nine to seven in line with the law of public business sector firms No. 203/1991.

Badawy appointed Tamer Mamdouh el Betash as acting chairman of MIHC board which is affiliated to the ministry, the statement read.
