Finance ministry auctions T-bills worth LE 15bn

CAIRO - 27 May 2018: The Finance Ministry auctioned on Sunday treasury bills at a total value of LE 15 billion.

In an online statement, the ministry said it auctioned 91-day T-bills worth LE 7.5 billion with an average interest rate hitting 19.158 percent. The yield ranged between 19.279 percent and 18.5 percent.

It also auctioned 273-day T-bills worth LE 7.5 billion with an average interest rate hitting 18.931 percent. The yield ranged between 19.03 percent and 18.5 percent.
