U.S. dollar exchange rate stable Monday

CAIRO – 13 August 2017: The U.S. dollar exchange rate remained stable in Monday’s morning banking transactions.

The exchange rate of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) for the U.S. dollar is stabilized at LE 17.733 for buying and LE 17.833 for selling.

The euro exchange rate hiked to register LE 20.95 for buying and LE 21.082 for selling, up from LE 20.81 for buying and LE 20.93 for selling recorded on Monday.

Meanwhile, the GBP (British Pound) stabilized at LE 23.07 for buying and LE 23.22 for selling, compared to LE 23.04 for buying and LE 23.18 for selling.

As for the Arab currencies, the Saudi Riyal stabilized at LE 4.728 for buying and LE 4.755 for selling, according to the CBE.

Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti dinar recorded LE 58.73 for buying and LE 59.08 for selling and the Emirati Dirham registered LE 4.828 for selling and LE 4.855 for buying.
