Orascom Telecom net profit soars 700%

CAIRO – 9 July 2017: Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT) net profit in the first quarter of 2017 was LE 388.5 million ($21.7), up from LE 48.7 million in Q4 2016, the company announced Sunday.

The net profit before excluding taxes, depreciation and amortization was LE 414 million, compared to LE 16.13 million in the same period last year.

Operational revenues recorded LE 297 million in Q1, compared to LE 110 million.
