LONDON - 29 June 2017: British Prime Minister Theresa May's government defeated an amendment to her program of legislation on Thursday, voting down an attempt to force her to drop her aim of leaving the EU's single market and customs union after Brexit talks.

The government defeated the motion by 322 votes to 101 votes.
