CAIRO, April 11 (MENA) - The Ministry of Health launched Saturday an auto-responder service to answer citizens' questions regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) via Whatsapp mobile application.

The service will be provided for free around the clock to offer a reliable and official source for the updated information on COVID-19, said Health Ministry Spokesman Khaled Mogahed.

Service seekers could save the mobile no. 01553105105 or use the following hyperlink: https://wa.me/201553105105 and send a message saying"Hi" to open a list of categories from which they can can receive instructions of the ministry and open more links to communicate with the ministry, the spokesman added.

The auto-reply service provides information regarding preventive measures against the virus, its symptoms, figures of infections in each country as well as stay home and travel tips, Mogahed added.
