Egypt to see warm weather after heavy dust storm, Cairo 23°C

CAIRO – 30 March 2018: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority expects clear warm weather in Egypt on Friday morning, yet cold weather is predicted for the night.

The clouds are low and medium in the north, accompanied with rains in the Eastern and Northern coasts. Most of the winds are northwesterly moderate. Most of them are active in Upper Egypt and South Sinai.

Winds are also active on the coasts of the Red and Mediterranean Seas and the Gulf of Suez which may cause disruption of navigation there.

The Mediterranean Sea will be moderate to turbulent on Friday, with a wavelength of two meters to 2.5 meters and north-westerly surface winds.

For the Red Sea, waves are mild to turbulent, with a wavelength of 2.5 meters to 3 meters. The surface winds are north-westerly.

The temperature is expected to reach 23 degrees Celsius (°C ) in Cairo, and 21°C in the coastal city of Alexandria.

Suez and Ismailia are set to see their weather at 24°C and Aswan is to expect a high of 28°C.

The Sinai resort cities of Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada are expected to see temperatures of 25°C, while to witness 21°C .
