RAMALLAH - 30 March 2018: Thousands of Palestinians from Jerusalem city and 1948 lands headed to Al Aqsa mosque to perform Friday prayers, as the Israeli occupation forces turned the city into an army barracks due to these huge rallies.

The Israeli forces deployed more troops in the center of Al Quds and cordoned off a number of districts in the vicinity of the city.

Islamic and national figures there urged the Palestinians to march towards the mosque in response to calls by Israeli settlers and Jewish organizations to storm Al Aqsa to perform Jewish rituals as part of Passover celebrations.
