MOSCOW - 30 March 2018: The Russian military's general staff said on Friday it had reached agreement with rebels in the Syrian town of Douma, near Damascus, for the rebels to leave the town, Interfax news agency reported.

Rebels have previously denied Russian reports of a deal.
