EgyptAir elected to chair AFRAA executive committee

CARO - 13 November 2017: Head of EgyptAir Holding Company Safwat Mosallam said Monday the company was elected to chair the Executive Committee of African Airlines Association (AFRAA).

In statements in Kigali where he is leading Egypt's delegation to AFRAA meetings, he said Egypt's membership would last till 2019 when the committee general assembly no. 49 convenes.

He pointed out that EgyptAir election for the chairmanship of AFRAA executive committee was the fruit of efforts at AFRAA to achieve the goals of the member states and deepen relations in the service of air transport in the African continent.
