'Youth and The Age of Technology' warns of intellectual terrorism

SHARM EL SHEIKH - 8 November 2017: The participants in the (Youth and The Age of Technology) symposium warned of the negative impacts of technology and intellectual terrorism on youth as terrorists use now social networking websites in propagating for their extremist ideologies.

During the symposium held Wednesday as part of the World Youth Forum (WYF) here, information technology experts called on Egypt and several Arab and foreign countries to participate in raising the awareness of youth about the technological ways used by the extremist groups in order not to fall prey to them.

They urged also paying attention to teaching technology in schools and universities as well as organizing courses to protect youth from extremist methods of technology.
