Arab League FMs' Council preparatory meetings begin Sunday

CAIRO - 9 Sep 2017:The Arab League Council permanent delegates will meet on Sunday to prepare for the 148th ordinary session of the AL Foreign Ministers Council which will be held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Djibouti.

The session's agenda includes 28 items including the Arab-Israeli conflict, the latest developments in Syria, Libya and Yemen, as well as the Iranian occupation of three Emirati islands.

The Arab foreign ministers will also review means of fighting terrorism, offering support for the Yazidi women kidnapped by Daesh terrorist group, as well as the continued efforts to maintain Arab national security.
